Tamworth have signed former Nottingham Forest defender Matt Regan on a permanent contract.
The 19-year-old made five appearances for the Lambs during two loan spells last season.
Regan, who was released by Forest earlier this month, has now signed a one-year deal with the non-league club.
Regan captained the England side that reached the quarter-finals of the Under-17 World Cup in 2011.
