Andre Villas-Boas: 'Tottenham Hotspur won't buy Jackson Martinez, Bernard'

Tottenham Hotspur manager Andre Villas-Boas has insisted that his side are unlikely to move for Jackson Martinez or Bernard.

The Portuguese boss said that Spurs are not interested in signing the Porto player and does not expect the club to take reported interest in Atletico Mineiro's Bernard any further.

"We don't want Jackson Martinez," Villas-Boas told Desporto. "Bernard's a player that we monitor like many others, but I think Tottenham will do nothing regarding them."

Martinez's agent earlier this month denied that his client was looking for a move.
