Harry Kane eager to repay faith with more goals

Harry Kane hopes that he can continue to contribute for Tottenham Hotspur after scoring twice in as many games last week.

Harry Kane has claimed that he is hoping to repay the faith shown in him by scoring more goals for Tottenham Hotspur in the closing stages of the season.

The 20-year-old scored in his first Premier League start against Sunderland before finding the net once again in the 3-3 draw with West Bromwich Albion, and he admits that he must continue to impress when given a chance by Tim Sherwood.

"I want to give back goals," Kane revealed to members of the media. "Hopefully I can keep it up, get another start and another goal next week.

"We've four games left and it would be great to get some more starts and more goals between now and the end of the season."

Kane will be in contention to start against Fulham at White Hart Lane on Saturday afternoon.
