Spain goalkeeper David de Gea has revealed that he hopes to win a medal for his country at this summer's Olympic Games.
The 21-year-old shotstopper has been included in Luis Milla's 18-man squad following his debut season at Manchester United.
De Gea now believes that his teammates can look no further than the recent successes of the Spanish senior side if they want to achieve Olympic glory.
"The entire team is eager to try to get Spain a medal," he told reporters. "The Euro 2012 squad? They made history, we cannot do more than try to emulate them."
Spain will be joined by Japan, Honduras and Morocco in Group D at the Games.
