League Two's Manager and Player of the Month for November have both been awarded to Southend United, with Phil Brown and David Worrall recognised for their efforts.

Brown, who wins the manager's award for the second time this season, guided the Shrimpers to four wins out of four after a winless October.
He edged out other nominees Gareth Ainsworth of Wycombe Wanderers, Newport County's Justin Edinburgh and Micky Mellon of Shrewsbury Town.
Southend are back into the playoff places and Worrall was their standout performer last month.
He scored three goals and provided two assists, including a fine solo effort to win the November 15 match against Hartlepool United.
Luton Town's Nathan Doyle, Tom Nichols of Exeter City and Newport County's Aaron O'Connor were the other players shortlisted.
