Report: Adam Lallana bids need to include Southampton sell-on clause

Report: Lallana comes with sell-on clause

Any clubs hoping to lure Adam Lallana away from Southampton this summer will reportedly have to take into account a sell-on clause involving Bournemouth.

The midfielder has been linked to the Premier League's elite over the course of the season, with Manchester United believed to be in the running for his signature.

Reports have claimed that manager David Moyes, assistant Steve Round and coach Phil Neville were keeping a close eye on the 25-year-old during Southampton's goalless draw with Aston Villa on Saturday.

According to The Mirror, Bournemouth are owed 25% of any transfer fee, which could force United into paying more than originally planned for Lallana.

Lallana has been widely tipped to be included in England's World Cup squad in Brazil this summer.
