Sheffield Wednesday full-back Joe Mattock will have a scan on his knee today after coming off injured during the Owls' season opener at Queens Park Rangers on Saturday.
The left-back lasted 37 minutes before he pulled up at Loftus Road, but has not been ruled out of tomorrow's League Cup trip to Rotherham, the club said on their Twitter feed.
In today's pre-match press conference, manager Dave Jones said that debutant Kamil Zayatte impressed him at the weekend.
"I thought Kamil had a fantastic debut and will be a big player for us," said Jones.
Next up in the league for Wednesday is a visit of Burnley on Saturday.
