Tottenham in talks with Bruno Uvini

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly in talks with Sao Paulo over the transfer of Bruno Uvini, according to the Daily Mail.

The 20-year-old defender is rated as one of the best prospects in Brazil and recently captained his national side in the Under-20s World Championships.

Arsenal have also been credited with an interest but Spurs have advanced to the head of the queue in recent weeks and are confident of securing a deal.

Uvini has appeared eight times for Sao Paulo since his promotion to the first team in 2010.
