Paris Saint-Germain are closing in on Roma defender Marquinhos, according to a report.

The Brazilian teenager has reportedly been a target for Real Madrid and Barcelona this summer. However, the 19-year-old now appears to be on the brink of joining the Ligue 1 champions, according to L'Equipe.

The player's agent, Roberto Calenda recently claimed that Manchester United were interested in signing his client.

Marquinhos will cost the French side around €35m (£30.4m).
