Napoli complete Gonzalo Higuain signing from Real Madrid

Italian outfit Napoli have completed the signing of Gonzalo Higuain from Real Madrid on a five-year contract.

The 25-year-old had been widely linked with a move to Arsenal this summer, but a transfer figure could not be agreed with Madrid.

That was not the case with Napoli, however, who have parted with £32m to secure the signing of the Argentine international.

Higuain becomes the third player to swap Madrid for Napoli this summer after Raul Albiol and Jose Callejon.
