Karim Benzema will miss France's two Euro 2012 qualifiers because of an abductor muscle injury.

Karim Benzema will take no part in France's upcoming Euro 2012 qualifiers against Albania and Bosnia.

The Real Madrid striker has been forced to pull out of Laurent Blanc's squad because of an abductor muscle problem.

The complaint also meant that the 23-year-old missed Madrid's 4-0 victory over Espanyol yesterday evening.

Benzema, who has won 40 caps for his country, joined Los Blancos in 2009 from French club Lyon.
