Belgium manager Roberto Martinez believes that Eden Hazard could win the Ballon d'Or at Real Madrid.
The former Chelsea man has struggled with injuries in his maiden campaign at the Bernabeu, chalking up just 10 La Liga appearances for Zinedine Zidane's side since his arrival last summer.
Nevertheless, Martinez is confident that Hazard can blossom into a Madrid legend and leave a legacy in the Spanish capital.
Speaking to Cadena SER, Martinez said: "Hazard will succeed.
"Sometimes you need a difficult start at your new club to really give everything you have inside and to understand what a club like Real Madrid means.
"[Fans] can rest easy, because he will mark an era. There are no players like him, he can win the Ballon d'Or."
Martinez recently committed his future to the Belgian national side by signing a two-year contract extension with the Red Devils.
