Ferdinand to meet with QPR over racism row

Queens Park Rangers are planning to meet with their defender Anton Ferdinand tomorrow with the aim of discussing claims that he was racially abused by Chelsea captain John Terry, according to Press Association Sport.

Following the conclusion of QPR's 1-0 victory over Chelsea yesterday afternoon, videos circulated the internet, with some claiming that it showed Terry verbally insulting Ferdinand racially.

Terry moved quickly yesterday evening to deny those suggestions, but QPR are still believed to be keen to hear Ferdinand's version of events.

The Football Association has so far refused to comment on situation.
