Half-Time Report: Burton Albion two goals to the good against Oxford United

Burton Albion are currently leading Oxford United 2-0 in today's League Two game at the Kassam Stadium.

After just 10 minutes, Zeli Ismail picked up the ball on the halfway line and, after a foray into the opposition half, slipped it through for Dominic Knowles, who proceeded to round goalkeeper Ryan Clarke and fire home.

Midway through the first half, the Albanian-born 20-year-old turned goalscorer when he followed up Jimmy Phillips's shot to double his side's lead with a thumping drive.

Phillips was involved two minutes later after he was tripped in the box by David Hunt, but Billy Kee's subsequent penalty was saved by Clarke.
