Bolton Wanderers midfielder Luke Woodland extends Oldham Athletic loan

Bolton Wanderers midfielder Luke Woodland has extended his loan deal with Oldham Athletic until the end of the season.

The 19-year-old has made six appearances for the Latics since arriving at the club last month.

Oldham are currently in 14th place in the League One table, seven points clear of the drop zone.

"Luke is still injured at the moment but we are looking to get him back in a few weeks. He has shown a great attitude since joining the club and we are happy to have him at the football club," manager Dean Holden is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News.

Oldham are back in action on Tuesday when they make the trip to Coventry City in the league.
