The Premier League have confirmed that Sky have secured 116 live matches per season running from next season until 2016.
The deal - worth more than £3 billion to the Premier League - keeps Sky's long-running shows Super Sunday and Monday Night Football on the agenda.
Sky chief exec Jeremy Darroch said: "In what was a very competitive tender process, we are pleased to have secured the combination of rights that we wanted, providing certainty for us and our customers."
Meanwhile, Barney Francis, Managing Director of Sky Sports, added: "The Premier League has never been more popular with our customers so it's excellent news that Sky Sports viewers will continue to enjoy the biggest and best games, including Super Sunday and Monday Night Football."
Premier League chief executive Richard Scudamore stated: "We have just come off the back of a fantastic season and it has been good for us. We went to the market at the right time. It was a very competitive process which if you are selling is a very good thing."
