Arsenal 'working on a deal for Dominik Szoboszlai'
Arsenal are reportedly currently working on a move for Dominik Szoboszlai as they attempt to break down the £23m release clause in the attacker's Red Bull Salzburg contract.
The 20-year-old is widely expected to leave Salzburg in January, and a number of clubs, including Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, AC Milan and Real Madrid, have been credited with an interest.
The youngster has netted five times and registered nine assists in 13 appearances at club level, while he scored the goal that sent Hungary to next summer's European Championships during the recent international break.
According to The Mirror, Arsenal are currently working on a deal for Szoboszlai, with the Gunners exploring a number of ways of meeting his £23m buy-out fee.
The report claims that Mikel Arteta's side are keen to pay three yearly instalments, but it remains to be seen whether Salzburg are open to negotiate considering the interest from other clubs.
Szoboszlai's agent recently admitted that his client is "closer now to leaving the Austrian league".
Tottenham Hotspur given chance to sign Real Madrid forward Mariano Diaz?
Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly been provided with the chance to sign Real Madrid forward Mariano Diaz.
After a prolonged wait during the summer transfer window, Jose Mourinho was finally able to sign Gareth Bale and Carlos Vinicius as competition for Harry Kane.
Spurs are now seemingly well stocked for options in the final third, with the Portuguese potentially turning his attention to a new playmaker should the club receive a suitable offer for Dele Alli.
However, according to the Daily Mail, Real are prepared to allow Mariano to spend the second half of the campaign in North London.
The 27-year-old finds himself well down the pecking order at the Bernabeu, featuring for just 14 minutes under Zinedine Zidane this season.
West Ham United are also said to have emerged as an option for the versatile attacker.
