Phil Parkinson named new Bradford City

Parkinson named new Bradford manager

Phil Parkinson has been named the new manager of Bradford City.

The former Charlton Athletic boss takes over from Peter Jackson, who resigned on Thursday.

The 43-year-old has signed a two-year deal at the League Two club.

Parkinson had managed Colchester United, Hull City and Charlton before his appointment at Valley Parade.
