Steve McClaren has returned to Dutch outfit FC Twente as manager on a two-and-half-year contract.
The former England boss was recently tipped to rejoin his former club after an unsuccessful stint at Championship side Nottingham Forest.
The 50-year-old, who has been out of a job since leaving Forest in November, has replaced coach Co Adriaanse, who was believed to be unwanted in the Twente dressing room.
McClaren rejoins the Dutch club, who are currently third in the Eredivisie league, after he left in 2010.
