Shaun Beeley unsure of long-term future

Morecambe defender Shaun Beeley has admitted that he is unsure where he will play his football next season.

The 25-year-old, who made his debut for the League Two side at the weekend, sees his current short-term deal expire at the end of the season.

"I will see what my options are," he told reporters.

"I'll speak to the gaffer and see what his thoughts are, [the decision is] not entirely mine. Hopefully I'll do well until the end of the season and see what comes of it."

Beely recently joined Morecambe after being released by Fleetwood Town.
