Karl Robinson heads League One Manager of the Month nominees

MK Dons boss Karl Robinson has been named on the four-man shortlist to win the League One Manager of the Month award for December.

Under Robinson's guidance, the promotion-hunting Dons recorded impressive 1-0 victories away at Sheffield United and Notts County, as well as putting a club-record seven unanswered goals past Oldham Athletic.

Also in contention for the accolade is Swindon Town's Mark Cooper, who saw his side collect nine points from a possible 12.

Three wins and a draw from four outings have earned Bradford City manager Phil Parkinson recognition, while the resurgence of Scunthorpe United with Mark Robins at the helm sees the former Manchester United striker complete the quartet of nominees.
