Jonny Evans out of Azerbaijan qualifier

Jonny Evans is one of three players that have pulled out of the Northern Ireland squad ahead of Wednesday's World Cup qualifier against Azerbaijan.

The Manchester United defender, who sat out as his club overcame Aston Villa 3-2 earlier today, has a groin injury.

Rangers forward Andy Little has withdrawn with a foot injury, while Hull City defender Alex Bruce will be absent with a knee problem.

Manager Michael O'Neill has responded to the withdrawals by calling up teenage Liverpool defender Ryan McLaughlin and Burnley's Danny Lafferty.
