Zinedine Zidane reportedly still dreams of bringing Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba to Real Madrid.
Pogba's future is again making headlines after agent Mino Raiola this week declared that the Frenchman's time at Old Trafford "is over".
Madrid have regularly been linked with the 27-year-old in the past, with Zidane making no secret of his admiration for his compatriot.
Spanish outlet Marca claims that the Madrid boss has not given up managing Pogba, but he must first persuade his own bosses that the transfer is worth the risk.
Zidane has a big say in Los Blancos's transfer activity, though it is claimed that president Florentino Perez does not see the wantaway Man United player as a top-calibre signing.
Pogba's wages are also a sticking point, the former Juventus man said to be on €19m (£17.1m) a year.
