Lacazette: 'I am staying at Lyon'

In-demand French forward Alexandre Lacazette has insisted that he is not looking to leave Lyon this summer.

The 24-year-old has been linked with a big-money move away from France in this transfer window following a spectacular 2014-15 campaign with his Ligue 1 club.

The striker netted 27 league goals for Lyon, with his performances attracting the interest of a host of clubs.

Lacazette, however, has revealed that he plans to remain at the Stade de Gerland for at least one more season.

"What people say doesn't mean much. I can still work well. I can show everyone that my mind is not in another place. I have already told the head coach and the president that I want to stay in Lyon," Lacazette told reporters.

"I am fully committed to our project for this season. Whatever happens outside stays outside. Personally, I know what I want for this season."

Arsenal, Real Madrid and Manchester United are all said to be interested in the attacker.
