Manchester United interim head coach Ralf Rangnick has revealed that Raphael Varane, Scott McTominay, Luke Shaw and Edinson Cavani will all miss Saturday's Premier League clash with Everton.
Cavani had already been ruled out with a calf complaint, while Shaw is unavailable due to the leg injury that he suffered in the first half of last weekend's 1-1 draw with Leicester City at Old Trafford.
Shaw is due to have two metal bolts removed in his leg, which were put in place when he had an operation on a broken leg in 2015.
Meanwhile, Varane and McTominay are fresh injury blows for the 20-time English champions, who will be looking to give their top-four hopes a boost with a win at Goodison Park.
English forward Mason Greenwood is also still unavailable for selection due to a club suspension.
However, the Red Devils will be boosted by the return of Cristiano Ronaldo, who was forced to miss last weekend's clash with Leicester after suffering with flu-like symptoms.
McTominay's absence could open the door for Paul Pogba to feature alongside Fred and Bruno Fernandes in midfield, while Victor Lindelof is expected to replace Varane in the middle of the defence.
