Mario Balotelli "very happy" at Manchester City

Mario Balotelli has insisted that he is "very happy" at Premier League leaders Manchester City.

The 21-year-old has been linked with a return to Inter Milan since the summer, with club president Massimo Moratti confirming that he wished to re-sign the striker during the January transfer window.

Balotelli has thanked Moratti for his interest but revealed that he currently sees his future at the Etihad Stadium.

"I thank Moratti for saying he would sign me back immediately," said Balotelli. "But I'm very happy where I am. I don't want to leave Manchester City right now."

The centre-forward has scored seven goals in his last eight games.
