Ignacio Camacho's second-half header is enough to give Malaga all three points at Real Zaragoza, sending Manuel Pellegrini's men to the top of the La Liga table.

Malaga have gone top of the La Liga table with a narrow victory over Real Zaragoza at Estadio La Romareda.

Ignacio Camacho's first goal of the season on 56 minutes was enough to seal all three points for Manuel Pellegrini's men, who remain unbeaten after three matches.

Camacho rose highest in the six-yard box to powerfully head home Eliseu's whipped cross.

Eliseu went close to doubling the visitors' lead, but his long-range effort was well saved by Roberto Gago in the Zaragoza goal.
