Team News: Maxime Barthelme partners Jeremie Aliadiere for Lorient

Maxime Barthelme has been drafted into the Lorient starting lineup for their Ligue 1 clash against Evian Thonon Gaillard at home this evening.

The forward will partner first-team regular Jeremie Aliadiere up front against the relegation strugglers.

Evian will have Saber Khelifa as their lone striker.
