Liverpool youngster Lloyd Jones joins Blackpool on loan

Liverpool teenager Lloyd Jones has moved to Blackpool on a youth loan.

Both clubs announced this afternoon that the 19-year-old is on the move and could make feature in the Seasiders' pre-season friendly at Lancaster on Saturday.

The England Under-20 international has been a regular feature in Liverpool's Under-21 team in the last few campaigns, and back in 2013 was included in the senior squad for a trip to Fulham.

Jones, who signed for Liverpool from Plymouth Argyle in 2011, had loan spells at Cheltenham Town and Accrington Stanley last season.
