Former Liverpool midfielder Jan Molby has insisted that Anfield is no longer the fortress that it used to be.
The Reds lost their last home match 3-1 to struggling Aston Villa, and have only won three matches on Merseyside this season.
Molby admits that he is concerned by the club's form on home soil.
"[Our home form] is very unlike us. Even at the start of the '90s when the wheels started to come off and the success stopped Anfield was still some kind of a fortress," Molby told talkSPORT.
"You were still expected to win 13 or 14 home games but we've struggled over the last few seasons, which is really, really disappointing.
"Today will be another home game they'll be expected to win but they could easily be frustrated because Liverpool don't get themselves far enough ahead. They don't take their chances and never lead games two or three nil - when you can really show how good you are. You're always on the edge when Liverpool are playing."
