Keita Balde Diao has been chosen to lead the Lazio attack in this afternoon's Serie A match against Cesena.
The 19-year-old keeps his place upfront, with Miroslav Klose having to settle for a place on the bench.
He will receive support from Antonio Candreva and Filip Djordjevic, while recent signing Santiago Gentiletti is handed his debut for the club.
Meanwhile, Cesena have named forwards Alejandro Rodriguez and Guido Marilungo in the starting lineup as they look to build upon their winning start to the new season.
