Athletic Bilbao vs. Hapoel Kiryat Shmona postponed

The Europa League game between Athletic Bilbao and Hapoel Kiryat Shmona in Israel has been postponed due to security reasons.

Conflict between Israel and Palestine in Gaza led Athletic to request UEFA to postpone the Group I game originally scheduled to take place on Thursday.

UEFA had initially rejected that request, but upon an attack on a bus in Tel Aviv on Wednesday morning, the European football governing body decided to call the match off.

It has yet to be decided when the game will be played.
