Report: Championship clubs monitor Billy McKay

A number of Championship clubs are reportedly interested in Inverness Caledonian Thistle forward Billy McKay.

The 25-year-old, who joined the Scottish outfit from Northampton Town in 2011, has netted 17 times in 22 appearances this season.

According to Sky Sports News, his exploits have not gone unnoticed, with a host of Championship sides preparing to test Inverness's resolve in the winter transfer window.

McKay, who has scored 35 times in 47 games since November 2012, is entering the final 18 months of his contract.
