Inter Milan plotting double swoop for Yaya Toure, Joe Hart?

Inter Milan have been tipped to launch a double swoop for Manchester City pair Yaya Toure and Joe Hart this summer.

The Italian club's president Erick Thohir will attend the Sky Blues' Champions League quarter-final against Paris Saint-Germain next Tuesday on a scouting trip, reports La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Inter have previously been linked with Toure, but the report suggests that Thohir is also planning to inquire about the availability of England goalkeeper Hart.

It is unclear whether incoming City boss Pep Guardiola has plans in mind for Toure, who has also been linked with Juventus and West Ham United, among other clubs.
