Steve Bruce refuses to set deadline over Robert Koren deal

Hull City manager Robert Koren has insisted that he is prepared to bide his time over the future of Robert Koren.

The 31-year-old has been the subject of interest from Leicester City but Bruce has revealed that he does not want to see the midfielder leave the club.

Bruce told BBC Radio Humberside: "We are still talking to his agent and we will continue to do that.

"There is no deadline at all. He is our player and we are all hoping we can strike a deal.

"I don't want to let him go. You never want to lose your best players."

Koren has spent the majority of his time in England at West Bromwich Albion.
