Hartlepool United have confirmed the signing of Huddersfield Town midfielder Matt Crooks on a one-month loan deal.
The 20-year-old made his senior debut for Huddersfield during their opening-day defeat to Bournemouth in the Championship.
Crooks, who spent part of his early career with Manchester United, can also play at centre-back.
Hartlepool continue their League Two campaign tonight when they make the trip to Accrington Stanley.
