Clubs monitor Evan Horwood?

A host of Football League clubs are reportedly interested in signing Hartlepool United defender Evan Horwood.

The 27-year-old, who has made over 100 appearances for Hartlepool, will depart the club at the end of the season after turning down the chance to sign a new contract.

According to Sky Sports News, the versatile defender will not be short of offers in the summer, with a number of League One sides preparing to make a move.

Horwood has spent the last three seasons at Hartlepool.
