Fortuna Dusseldorf make four changes ahead of their Bundesliga clash with triple-changed Hannover.

Hannover 96 manager Mirko Slomka has made a triple change for his side's final game of the season.

Sebastien Pocognoli, Felipe and Artur Sobiech have all dropped out of the starting lineup, while on-loan Arsenal defender Johan Djourou, Christian Pander and Didier Ya Konan all come into the team.

Fortuna Dusseldorf boss Norbert Meier has made four alterations to his side as they look to avoid dropping into the relegation playoff spot.

Stelios Malezas, Tobias Levels, Robbie Kruse and Robert Tesche all make way for Christian Weber, Oliver Fink, Ivan Paurevic and Mathis Bolly.

Hannover XI: Zieler, Eggimann, Cherundolo, Djourou, Pander, Sakai, Pinto, Hoffmann, Rausch, Ya Konan, Diouf

Dusseldorf XI: Giefer, Langeneke, Bodzek, Van den Bergh, Weber, Fink, Bellinghausen, Paurevic, Lambertz, Bolly, Schahin
