Hamburger SV have hinted that they could look to bring in former striker Ivica Olic from fellow Bundesliga side Wolfsburg in the January transfer window.
The club's sporting director Oliver Kreuzer admitted that Olic is still highly regarded among supporters and that the Croatian is never far from the club's mind.
"Olic is an interesting player with an HSV past and he still enjoys a high reputation among the fans," he told Bild.
Olic played for Hamburg between 2007 and 2009, before he moved to Bayern Munich.
