Half-Time Report: Greece frustrated by Faroe Islands

Greece have been unable to find the breakthrough in their Euro 2016 qualifier against the Faroe Islands, with the match still goalless after the first 45 minutes.

Panagiotis Kone went close early on for the Greeks, but after connecting with Lazaros Christodoulopoulos's corner, he headed wide of the post.

Andreas Samaris fired over and Giannis Maniatis saw a long-range effort saved as the hosts dominated.

Greece continued to create the better of the chances and Nikolaos Karelis fired wide from a tight angle.
