Report: Diego Buonanotte to leave Granada

Malaysian club Johor Darul Takzim FC are reportedly interested in signing Granada midfielder Diego Buonanotte at the end of the season.

The Argentine, who is close friends with Barcelona attacker Lionel Messi, joined Granada from Malaga in January 2013.

However, the talented attacker has struggled to hold down a regular first-team spot with the Andaluz outfit, leading to suggestions that he could seek pastures new in the summer.

According to Ideal Granada, an offer arrived from Johor Darul Takzim last Friday, but it is currently unclear whether discussions developed.

The 25-year-old has made just nine league starts this season.
