Joachim Low: 'I want to coach in Spain'

Germany manager Joachim Low says that he wants to "coach in Spain" after the 2018 World Cup.

Germany manager Joachim Low has revealed that he wants to "coach in Spain" when he leaves his current position in 2018.

It was recently confirmed that Low had extended his deal with Germany until 2018 and he will lead his national team into the World Cup that year as the holders.

However, following the tournament in Russia, Low wants to try his hand in Spanish football.

"After the Russia 2018 World Cup, I'd like to coach in Spain," he told ZDF. "It's a league that shares my philosophy on the game; offensively and technically, that's why I see it as an interesting domestic competition."

Low has been in charge of Germany since 2006, but has also managed in the Bundesliga and Turkey.
