Sports Mole previews Sunday's Under-21 European Championship clash between Germany and Spain.

Germany will be hoping to pick up their first points of the European Under-21 Championship when they face Spain in Netanya on Sunday.

Rainer Adrion's side succumbed to a late 3-2 defeat at the hands of the Netherlands in their opening match on Thursday and will need at least a point against Spain to remain in the competition.

Spain, who won their first match 1-0 against Russia, could move closer to a place in the semi-finals with another victory.

The nations have met once before in this competition, with a 0-0 draw the result in 2009.

Adrion could name the same Germany XI which started the match against the Netherlands, with Hertha Berlin striker Pierre-Michel Lasogga retaining his place up front.

Isco is expected to retain his place in the Spain lineup while Alvaro Morata could come into the side after his winning goal against Russia.

Recent form

Germany: WDDWL

Spain: DWWWW

Possible lineups

Germany: Leno; Sorg, Ginter, Thesker, Jantschke; Rode, Rudy, Herrmann, Holtby, Mlapa; Lasogga

Spain: De Gea; Montoya, Bartra, Inigo, Martinez; Moreno, Illarramendi, Thiago Alcantara, Isco; Rodrigo, Tello, Muniain

Sports Mole says: 1-0
