Team News: Alessandro Matri starts for Fiorentina against AC Milan

Fiorentina have named Alessandro Matri in their starting lineup for this evening's Serie A match against AC Milan.

The 29-year-old joined on loan from Milan in the January transfer window and is chosen to lead the line for the hosts in place of the injured Mario Gomez.

Joaquin and Juan Cuadrado complete a forward front three, while former Rossoneri captain Massimo Ambrosini replaces Alberto Aquilani in midfield.

AC Milan manager Clarence Seedorf has recalled Mario Balotelli to the starting XI, after he was dropped to the bench for their 1-1 draw against Lazio on Sunday.

Adel Taraabt and Sulley Muntari return to the midfield, while Daniele Bonera takes Mattia De Sciglio's place in defence.
