Fenerbahce agree Diego Ribas deal

Fenerbahce president Aziz Yildirim has confirmed that the club has agreed a deal to sign Wolfsburg midfielder Diego Ribas.

The 29-year-old Brazilian, who is out of contract at the end of the month, recently opened talks with the Turkish side over a summer move.

Yildirim expects the club to complete a deal for the playmaker sometime next month.

"We've reached an agreement with Diego Ribas. We didn't make the official statement because the signing process hasn't been done yet," he is quoted as saying by Goal.com.

"Most probably he'll join the team in July. He will be our single transfer this summer. We won't sign any player except him."

Diego, who joined Wolfsburg from Juventus in 2010, spent the second half of last season on loan at Atletico Madrid.
