1. Manchester United 2-2 Chelsea (October 2018) The visit of Manchester United to Stamford Bridge last time was the perfect opportunity for them to avenge their FA Cup final defeat. However, the final result wasn't to the liking of Jose Mourinho. United was heading towards victory thanks to the two goals from Anthony Martial, but Ross Barkley grabbed a last-gasp equaliser to secure a point for Chelsea.

Due to Paul Pogba's poor marking, Chelsea got the lead first through a brilliant header from Antonio Rudiger. Yet unlike the FA Cup final, United responded very well in the second half. When the opportunity presented itself, Martial didn't waste a moment to slot home in the 55th minute. Later, he drove a low shot into the bottom corner to make a strong case for United's victory.

However, Ross Barkley turned the match upside down by producing a late equaliser in injury time of the match. Chelsea fans were ecstatic while Mourinho's camp couldn't believe it. That's when Sarri's assistant celebrated in a provocative manner in front of Mourinho and got the Portuguese manager all charged up. Mourinho later said in front of the media that he apologised and that he was willing to let the matter go.

2. Manchester United 0-1 Chelsea (May 2018) This match was extremely important for both Antonio Conte and Jose Mourinho. For Mourinho, winning this trophy was a chance to make his second season look like a success at Manchester United. Meanwhile, Conte wanted to make a glorious farewell by winning the trophy as his period at Chelsea looked over because of his failure to secure the Champions League qualification.

Both managers started the match with a very cautious approach but a reckless mistake from United got Chelsea ahead in the first half. Phil Jones lunged in to bring down the charging Hazard and the referee had no hesitation in awarding Chelsea a penalty. Hazard stepped up and slotted the ball in the opposite direction of the lunging De Gea to score.

From then on, United desperately tried to get back in the game but couldn't break the solid defence of Chelsea. The Red Devils got close to scoring on many occasions while Sanchez even netted the ball only to be disallowed for offside. In the end, Conte got a deserved victory against his bitter rival Mourinho.

3- Manchester United 2-1 Chelsea (February 2018) Chelsea visited Old Trafford in February for a thrilling contest against Mourinho's Manchester United. This was an interesting encounter because Mourinho and Conte had both engaged in a verbal spat before the match.

Chelsea fought well but United managed to get the victory in the end. Willian got Chelsea in a very good position by firing them ahead in the 32nd minute but United hit back quickly with a superb goal from Lukaku who hadn't scored against Chelsea in the seven previous league appearances. The former Everton striker had a hand in the second goal also as he provided a brilliant cross for Lingard to head home.

With this victory, Manchester United grabbed the second position in the league table while Chelsea was pushed further down the table.
