Agent: Top clubs tracking Christian Poulsen

A number of European clubs are tracking Evian midfielder Christian Poulsen, according to the player's agent.

The 32-year-old midfielder signed a one-year contract with the Ligue 1 side over the summer following a disappointing spell with Liverpool.

"It's correct that there have been some enquiries from clubs from the biggest leagues in Europe," Jorn Bonnesen told Sporten.dk.

"They have noticed that Christian is close to his former level and a very important player for Evian.

"We will, of course, talk to Evian before we talk to other clubs."

The French side are thought to be keen on keeping the Danish international.
