Team News: Romelu Lukaku starts for Everton

Manager Roberto Martinez selects record-signing Romelu Lukaku in attack for Everton's first Premier League fixture of the season at Leicester City.

Striker Romelu Lukaku has been included in Everton's starting lineup for their match away at Leicester City on the opening day of the Premier League season.

It had been suggested that the Belgian was struggling for fitness after his efforts at the World Cup, but manager Roberto Martinez has opted to start with the £28m forward.

John Stones is preferred to Seamus Coleman at right-back, while summer signings Muhamed Besic and Christian Atsu are on the bench for the Toffees.

Leicester boss Nigel Pearson has made the decision to play two in attack for the club's first game in the top flight of English football for 10 years.

Record-signing Leonardo Ulloa will partner David Nugent in an offensive lineup that also includes Riyad Mahrez and Anthony Knockaert.

You can keep track of the clash at the King Power Stadium by following Sports Mole's live commentary.
