England Under-21 manager Stuart Pearce has revealed that the alleged racist abuse suffered by full-back Danny Rose by Serbia fans has been reported to UEFA.
Rose was sent off in the melee at the end of the game after England's 1-0 victory, and Pearce said that the incident was now in the hands of the European governing body.
"I think there were one or two racist incidents that came on from the crowd and they have been reported to UEFA, I believe, by ourselves," Pearce told ESPN.
"It is in their hands now, they will have to deal with that.
"I am very proud of my players and my staff and very proud of the achievement in getting to a fourth tournament in a row."
The victory put England's Under-21s into the 2013 European Championship.
