Gary Cahill suffers jaw injury

Gary Cahill has suffered a jaw injury during England's international friendly against Belgium this afternoon.

The Chelsea centre-back sustained the injury in the 19th minute when he collided with his own goalkeeper Joe Hart.

He received medical treatment on the pitch before it was decided that he was unable to continue.

Manchester City's Joleon Lescott took Cahill's place.
